Job Title: Operations Manager/Credit & Risk Officer at CITRON INVESTMENT LIMITED
Employment Type: Full-time
Locations: Antony, Lagos & Utako, Abuja
Salary scale: up to N200k monthly

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations
Evaluate client creditworthiness, analyze financial data, and make lending
decisions.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks of investments.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
Experience: 5+ years in operations management and credit risk within financial services. The person must have credit and risk experience particularly (preferably) in a banking institution.
Proficiency in financial software and data analysis
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and negotiation skills
