Job Description

  • Role: IT Support Specialist
  • Location: Abuja (FCT)
  • Salary: N150,000 – N200,000

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Abuja. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktop computers, and ensuring efficient operation of the information technology systems.
Additional tasks may include responding to help desk tickets, maintaining IT documentation, and collaborating with other IT team members to resolve technical problems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in a bank or financial institution is a plus
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
  • Help Desk Support skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and IT equipment.
