Job Summary

  • As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies to support the overall business objectives.
  • You will lead HR initiatives, oversee day-to-day HR operations, and contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Participate in long-term workforce planning and talent management.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment and manage employee engagement initiatives.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and networks.

Performance Management:

  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
  • Provide coaching to managers on performance-related matters.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis.

Policy and Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

HR Analytics:

  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional HR certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Not more than 45 years old.
