About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HRIS professional to join our HR team. The team member at Sun King will manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), implementing new technology solutions, and offering insights to facilitate strategic choices.

What you would be expected to do

  • Work with HRBPs and other departments to assess current HRIS processes and systems, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards, and reports regarding various HR metrics, to provide accurate and timely HR data to facilitate strategic choices.
  • Participate and contribute to HRIS-related projects such as system upgrades, process improvements, and data migration through testing, documentation, and providing training to end users.
  • Work with IT and other departments and vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
  • Provide assistance and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, ensuring proper utilization of the system’s capabilities.

You might be a strong candidate if you have

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A minimum BSC/HND in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • A high level of communication and people skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in employee relations is an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS software and HR technology trends.
  • A deep knowledge of HR processes, systems, best practices, and trends.
  • Advanced data knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
