Responsibilities
- Design employee engagement plans
- Implement performance review procedures
- Develop and implement fair HR policies in line with SOP and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor in-house daily HR operations
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Create and run referral reward and recognition programs
- Review current business HR technology and recommend more effective software
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department in Lontor Abuja and escalating necessary issues to Head Office in Lagos
- Regularizing.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess B.Sc. / M.Sc. Degrees with 3–5 years cognate experience as HR executive/Generalist
- CIPM or other HR certifications would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Good communication skills.
