Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant.
- The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting with HR management, HR information systems, benefits administration, and training programs.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) skills, including an understanding of HR laws and policies
- Experience in HR Management and Benefits Administration
- Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software
- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
