Collaborate in processing accurate and timely payroll using the company’s payroll software.
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies to ensure compliance.
Contribute to fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, policy and compliance, and employee engagement.
Solid knowledge of HRprinciples, practices, and regulations.
