Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of performance management processes.
  • Provide assistance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Support the oversight of onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless transition.
  • Collaborate in processing accurate and timely payroll using the company’s payroll software.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, policy and compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
