Store Managers and above Recruitment from start to finish.
Participate in promotion interviews for operations staff members.
Handle all employee-related grievance issues
Background check for senior-level hires
Manage L & D function for above store level employees
Carry out TNA
Enroll employees in appropriate training
Ensure training is registered with ITF
Manage and monitor the training budget to cut costs and ensure staff members are adequately training
Process ITF claims
Carry out post-training evaluation with the support of line managers
Manage Exparts’ health insurance
Assist in Payroll preparation
Assisting with the updating of the HR manual, employee handbook, and other policies and manuals
Provide support and response during audits
Assist in updating company and departmental organogram
Update Job Description as needed
Conduct annual performance appraisal for above store level employee
Produce company newsletter
Ensure compliance with all statutory remittances e.g. NHF, NSITF, Pension, ITF
Assisting with providing compliance in all areas of human resources.
Assist in the planning and execution of various HR programs and initiatives. Coordinate meetings, create materials and presentations, research key topics, and provide ongoing support and follow up on project timelines
Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
3 -5 years experience in a related field
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills
