  • Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Support various HR functions such as recruitment, contract management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee office-related asset management and handle related expenses and reimbursements.
  • Employee Contract Management:
  • Communicate with new employees regarding contract signing after the confirmation of cooperation.
  • Collect, verify, and submit employee information to the company.
  • Manage the reception and contract signing process for part-time employees.

Recruitment

  • Identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
  • Facilitate interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Ensure both parties’ intentions align before proceeding with employment offers.
  • Qualifications and Requirements

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR supervisor or in a similar role within the financial industry.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in managing HR processes remotely.
