- Lagos-based candidates preferred
- Expertise in reward and performance management, with a strong analytical mindset
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive reward and performance management systems
- Conduct market research and salary surveys to inform compensation decisions
- Develop and manage employee recognition programs
- Analyze data to drive HR decisions and business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
