  • Lagos-based candidates preferred
  • Expertise in reward and performance management, with a strong analytical mindset

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive reward and performance management systems
  • Conduct market research and salary surveys to inform compensation decisions
  • Develop and manage employee recognition programs
  • Analyze data to drive HR decisions and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
