Job Purpose

  • Supports related HR & NC process at Entity level.

Job Description

  • Directly delivers a wide range of activities within HR and Nigerian Content
  • Participates and implements Entity projects and processes such as Personnel planning, Succession, Development, Recruitment, and others.
  • May work in close cooperation with Operations on the personnel logistics process and schedules (e.g. verifies personnel certifications and visa/work permits needed, maintains up-to-date and accurate personnel and payroll records, etc.)
  • Support Implementation of approved Nigerian Content Plans in compliance with and compliance certificate.
  • Timely reporting of NC statutory reports and proactively identify gaps and corrective measures

You Are Meant For This Job If

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably HR related)
  • Minimum 3 years of HR related career experience
  • Knowledge of HR management methods and tools
  • Good administrative and time management skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ensure the highest ethical standards in all interactions with government agencies.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the NOGICD act and the requirement set by the Act
