Job Summary
As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions across our retail outlets. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our organizational objectives & promote employee engagement and development.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with RSMs and GM Sales & Retail Operations to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Employee Relations:
- Manage Store Staff Culture and Core Value Compliance Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for store staff inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution.
- Foster positive employee relations through regular communication, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with GM Sales & Retail Operations to develop training programs that enhance store staff skills and performance.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Track employee development progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Administer the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback for employees.
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans and support to underperforming employees.
- Oversee Store Operational and Process Compliance Management
- Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations and other related documentation.
HR Administration:
- Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Process payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
