- Should be able to oversee all core and non-core hospitality staff
- High-level budgeting and financial management
- Leadership experience in the hospitality industry is a must
- Availability to resume as soon as possible is an added advantage
JOB OVERVIEW:
- To Provide oversight and direction for the overall business operations
- Drive business growth, expansions, and diversification
- Manage the hotel’s brand and maintain customer service standards
- Drive the corporate culture, boost employee morale, and ensure staff retention
- Drive customer acquisition and ensure satisfaction and retention
- Monitor all HODs’, business performance and ensure compliance with laid-down policies
- Ensure tidy records keeping and submit management reports as at when due
- Drive maximum occupancy by liaising with new and existing clients for continuous patronage and bookings
