In addition to technical proficiency, the candidate should be a problem solver, an excellent communicator, and a team player.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites, themes, and plugins
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in PHP, HTML, and CSS
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Proficiency in PHP/JavaScript/ HTML/CSS)/ Python
- Strong experience with WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Sketch
