Responsibilities

  • Mentoring or providing support to students who need assistance.
  • Attending phone calls and being the first point of contact for a wellbeing team.
  • Engaging with students on a daily basis and handling enquiries.
  • Maintaining student records and files and other administrative tasks.
  • Talk to students or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up or resolve issues.
  • Efficiently assess the student’s need, to enable appropriate onward referrals and make recommendations for ongoing support.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative of at least 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or any social science-related field.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
