Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handles customers’ orders and ensures accurate information and timely processing.
- Familiarize him/herself with various company products to assist customers or potential clients and answer queries effectively.
- Assist customers in color picking and scheming.
- Helps in logistic management.
- Collaborates with the sales team to provide timely information support.
- Manage customers’ accounts, update contact information, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Accounting, or any Business-related field.
- Proficiency in the use of Word and Excel.
- Social Media marketing skills are an added advantage.
- Pay attention to details.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Location: Ojodu-Berger, Lagos State
