Educate & provide information to customers about IT courses that suit their career part.
Ability to convince customers to enroll in IT courses.
Answering inquiries and giving further information concerning IT courses.
Responding to inquiries from customers on the courses that are being offered by the institute.
Visit firms, organizations, schools, and companies for presentations on IT courses and career growth.
Ensuring that IT students are comfortably enrolled and settled in their selected course programs
Providing feedback from customers to Management
Contribute to the team’s daily sales goals
Customer service skills.
Basic Requirements
B.Sc. in Marketing & Sales/any related field (Must have completed NYSC).
Min of 3 years working experience in the same job capacity
Strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
Presentation skills
Demonstrated selling skills
Ability to maintain a professional carriage/decorum
