Key Responsibilities:
As a Community Manager Corper at Oaklands & Johnson Limited, you will play a pivotal role in engaging and growing its online community. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be responsible for:
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms.
- Implement strategies to increase community engagement and followership.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster meaningful connections within the online community.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Content Creation:
- Develop creative and engaging content aligned with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing posts.
- Campaign Support:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns through community involvement.
- Generate buzz and excitement around brand initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to track community growth and engagement.
- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics.
- Brand Advocacy:
- Identify and nurture brand advocates within the community.
- Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
- Events and Initiatives:
- Contribute ideas and support the planning and execution of community events.
