Job Description

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a creative event producer to manage events from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling tasks such as client consultation, mood board preparation, budgeting, venue selection, vendors co-ordination, logistics management and on-site event supervision.
  • Ensure the whole planning process of a project run smoothly from the start to finish while maintaining relationships with vendors and venue managers.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with proven experience in the events industry.
  • Strong project management, communication and budgeting skills.
  • Proficiency with the Google Workspace and Project management tools.
  • A creative with multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
