- Customer Success Manager
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria – Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or recruitment platform environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
