Job Description

  • Customer Success Manager
  • Location: Lagos, Nigeria – Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or recruitment platform environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  •  Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
