  • Salary: ₦420,000 Monthly Net
  • Location : Oniru, Lagos

Job Summary:

The Customer Success Executive will manage client relationships, ensuring they gain maximum value from our technology while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role combines customer success and sales, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for clients, building long-term relationships.
  • Lead onboarding, provide product training, and ensure effective usage.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, handle contract renewals, and drive account growth.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, gather feedback, and address churn risks.
  • Track performance metrics (NPS, retention, etc.) and report on customer success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or sales (preferably in SaaS/tech).
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
  • Proven success in meeting sales and retention targets.
