  • Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a retail store, with a strong track record in customer service.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to promote products effectively and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store as needed.
  • Physically able to assist customers with product inquiries.Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
