Job Description
- Role: Customer Service Representative at Caih Group
- Location: Ajah and Environs
- Minimum Qualifications: B.sc/HND
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Process customer orders and requests
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior staff
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
