Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat or in person. 
  • Assist in processing company applications and requests when it is necessary.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support
  • Clear Communication Skill(Both Written & Verbal).
  • Persuasive Speaking Skills.
  • Digital Literacy.
  • Excellent Attention to detail and accuracy.
