Job Summary

As a Customer Service Intern at Trav4College, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and delivering detailed information about our products and services. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail and design setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Help resolve customer issues with a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Learn and utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking customer interactions and reporting issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer service logs and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Graduated with a degree program related to Art, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the travel industry
