Job Description

  • As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our subscribers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and problems efficiently and effectively
  • Process customer orders and subscriptions
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions.

Salary

N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
