Job Summary:

Join our dynamic IT startup as a Corporate Communications, Branding & Digital Marketer, and Social Media Manager, who will also play a key role as a Course Instructor. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing our brand identity and digital presence, and sharing your expertise with aspiring marketers through our training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Corporate Communications, Branding & Digital Marketer:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement
    • Manage and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
    • Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
    • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
  • As a Social Media Manager:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
    • Manage and maintain our presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
    • Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and infographics
    • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy
  • As a Course Instructor:

    • Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and curriculum for marketing courses with a focus on corporate communications, branding, digital marketing, and social media management
    • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and skill levels
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to course participants, helping them build practical skills and achieve their learning objectives
    • Cover a range of topics including marketing strategy, branding, digital marketing tactics, social media management, content marketing, and analytics
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, sharing relevant insights and knowledge with course participants
    • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve and update course content based on industry trends and learner feedback

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, corporate communications, branding, digital marketing, and social media management, preferably in the technology industry or startup environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Experience with course development, teaching, or training. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management systems
  • Active participation in the marketing community, such as attending conferences, participating in webinars, and contributing to industry forums and communities
