Job Description

• Role: Corporate Commercial & Technology Lawyer
• Location: Abuja (Hybrid available upon confirmation)
  Experience Level: Minimum 3-4 years
• Salary -300,000 Naira .
  Requirements
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Litigation experience (an advantage)
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory issues related to:
  •Industry practices
  .Technology Law (an advantage)
  •Corporate governance compliance
• A solutions-driven, commercial approach to legal advisory and stakeholder support
• The ability to explain and interpret legal issues in a clear, audience-friendly manner
• Familiarity with corporate governance principles and compliance frameworks
• High self-motivation, initiative, and out-of-the-box thinking

Work Mode

• On-site in Abuja during the probationary period
• Hybrid option available upon confirmation
