Responsibilities
- Ensure readiness and availability of course materials at the center.
- Ensure the availability of software and hardware infrastructures at the center.
- Reporting fully to the center manager, recruiting faculties, and distributing faculties training materials.
- Understand ICT certification courses and offerings
- Must be very versed in teaching ICT courses and able to impart an acceptable level of knowledge to students
- Prepare periodic reports on all training delivered and make sure same are in line with the Franchisor’s set goals and targets
- Monitor students’ attendance, and conduct and analyze students’ feedback.
- Schedule theory/practical exams and projects
- Perform all other duties that will deliver an unforgettable learning experience for students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in IT related.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and have great organizational capabilities.
- Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
- Student / mentorship-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 1 2 years of experience in a similar job or other related career-facing roles.
- Proficiency in using practical software/application development.
- Ability to Counsel students on better career paths
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability. Must be residency in Abuja, notably Kubwa and environs.
- Possessing relevant ICT certifications in the industry is a MUST. Our condition of service is top-notch.
