- Role: Community Manager
- Location: Lagos
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
- Proposed Salary Range: N150,000 – N200,000
- Work Mode: Hybrid (60% remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community strategies to engage and grow the internal and external (Newsletter and social media) community.
- Manage and moderate online community platforms, such as social media, forums, and websites.
- Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and engage with key community influencers and advocates.
- Organize and host online and offline events to foster community engagement.
- Monitor and analyse community feedback and data to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align community initiatives with overall business goals.
- Create and manage community content, such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a community manager or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of online community platforms and social media.
