Job Description

  • Location: Osapa London, Lekki, Lagos

  • Salary: ₦250,000 + 10% commission per closed deal

Join our executive team as COO and lead daily operations, drive growth, and close deals in a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  • Oversee daily operations and cross-functional teams
  •  • Collaborate with CEO to scale business and drive strategy
  •  • Lead and close real estate deals (earn 10% commission)
  •  • Strengthen client, investor, and partner relations
  •  • Ensure compliance and analyze financial performance

Requirements:

  •  • 2–3 years experience as COO in real estate
  •  • Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
  •  • Solid grasp of property sales, management & market trends
  •  • Bachelor’s or HND in a relevant field
