Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target markets, and business opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform promotional strategies.
- Brand Promotion: Develop and implement promotional campaigns to raise awareness of the company’s products or services, increase brand visibility, and attract new customers. Utilize various marketing channels, such as advertising, social media, events, and partnerships, to promote the brand effectively.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and inquiries through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders. Identify and qualify business prospects, and facilitate initial contact and engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry contacts. Cultivate strong rapport, address inquiries, and provide information and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in converting leads into customers by providing sales collateral, marketing materials, and promotional resources. Coordinate with sales representatives to follow up on leads, track progress, and support the sales process.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings, engage with target audiences, and generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital marketing assets. Write persuasive copy, design visuals, and craft messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and initiatives using metrics such as leads generated, conversions, and return on investment (ROI). Evaluate results, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: minimum of a SSCE certificate
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is often required,
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or market segment in which the company operates, including an understanding of customer needs, competitor landscape, and key trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams. Ability to articulate value propositions, build rapport, and negotiate agreements.
- Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills are needed to connect with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships that contribute to business growth.
- Creativity: Creativity and innovation in developing promotional campaigns, strategies, and materials that capture attention, differentiate the brand, and drive engagement and response from target audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to measure and evaluate the performance of promotional activities, track ROI, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
