Logistics Management:

  • Supervise the receipt of goods and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Implement efficient processes for inventory management and distribution to minimize delays and errors.

Fleet Management:

  • Oversee the management of company vehicles, particularly those utilized by field force employees.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Performance Tracking:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business operations.

Vendor Management:
