Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating tasks with various teams, and managing special projects to drive business growth and success.


  • Support the leadership team in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans by conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes, policies, and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Compile data and information from various sources to create presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and commercial, to follow up on tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage special projects including but not limited to market expansion initiatives, product launches, and process optimization projects.
  • Support the CTO in day-to-day operations, including meeting coordination, calendar management, and other administrative tasks as needed.


  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 4 years of working experience
