Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Executive. The Brand Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, developing strategic plans to drive business growth and brand visibility, and managing financial performance. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have excellent communication abilities, and strategic thinker.

Primary Relationships

Reports to Co-founders (hereafter referred to as the “Line Manager”)


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management/board to communicate business performance and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all business activities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve business processes and procedures.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing business operations.
