Responsibilities

  • Communication:Answering and directing phone calls, handling correspondence, and taking messages
  • Scheduling:Maintaining schedules, arranging appointments, and organizing meetings
  • Documenting:Preparing and collating reports, maintaining diaries, and documenting financial information
  • Filing:Organizing documents and files, and maintaining filing systems
  • Travel:Booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and planning itineraries
  • Administrative:Implementing administrative procedures, managing databases, and prioritizing workloads
  • Client relations:Greeting clients and guests, and acting as a receptionist
  • Supplies:Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Project tasks:Assisting executives with project tasks
  • Staff management:Supervising staff and new employees
  • Coordination:Coordinating with other organizations and liaising with clients

Requirements

  • Secretaries should have strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and good phone and email etiquette.
  • They should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary

  • N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
