Job Overview:

  • As a Medical Sales Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in our mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery across Africa.

  • You’ll be responsible for driving sales of medical equipment and supplies to healthcare facilities in your assigned territory, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and contributing to our company’s rapid growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and private practices in your assigned territory
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical equipment and supplies
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our company’s product range
  • Provide technical information and support to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our company’s customer base in your territory
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the company’s CRM system
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our company’s brand and products
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in medical technology and healthcare delivery
  • Work closely with other departments to provide input on product development, marketing strategies, and customer service improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related field1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered)
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Nigeria
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently to achieve targets
