Job Description

  • We are seeking a qualified Legal and Human Resources Officer to manage both legal and HR responsibilities within our organization.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in both fields, with a strong understanding of legal compliance and HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on various company matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
  • Ensure the company’s HR policies and procedures comply with legal standards
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR-related legal issues such as labor law and workplace compliance

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees
  • Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in legal and HR roles
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Must reside in Abuja.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
