Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to oversee the design, development, and deployment of secure, innovative software solutions.
This role is ideal for an experienced technical leader with a passion for driving innovation and mentoring teams.

Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of financial APIs.
Guide the engineering team to foster innovation and technical excellence.
Ensure all solutions meet security and regulatory standards.
Work with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years in Technical Lead roles, with a proven track record of delivering scalable software solutions.
Master’s Degree is an advantage.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with API-first design principles, microservices, and security compliance standards.
