Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly income generation targets.
- Identify new business opportunities to drive consistent revenue streams.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize revenue growth.
Partnership Development:
- Assess strategic partnership opportunities with HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations) and corporate clients.
- Foster and manage relationships with physicians to increase referrals and contracts.
- Explore new product and service feasibility to align with the hospital’s business plans.
Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop pricing tactics to maximize profitability while maintaining patient satisfaction and reimbursement standards.
- Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance and suggested improvements.
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Design and execute growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), workshops, patient education programs, lifestyle management initiatives, and health camps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of previous marketing programs and assess the viability of new initiatives.
- Research and explore new markets, geographical areas, and potential customers to expand the hospital’s reach.
- Develop publicity strategies to enhance brand visibility in the healthcare sector.
Communication and Media Relations:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan to be used across all marketing and PR channels.
- Act as the liaison between the Marketing team and hospital management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and the wider community to build and maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare services and HMO is an added advantage.
