Digital Marketer

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage the target audience, generate leads, and support the overall marketing objectives of the company.

 

  • Content Development – Websites, Blog Posts, Social Media, Email Campaigns
  • Digital Campaign Management
  • Social Media Management – Content Creation, Scheduling, Community Management, Performance Tracking
  • Email Marketing, analytics and reporting
  • Digital Marketing Strategy – Social Media / SEO / SEM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Understand the consumer insights and develop digital strategies to get more candidates (prospects lead generation)
  • Design, build, maintain, and grow our presence on social media
  • Drive brand choice through all digital channels; Drive traffic to the website.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ideate and implement digital strategies
  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both brand and content.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, both from candidates and recipients.
  • Work with a digital marketing agency closely to implement plans.
  • Develop new insights into solutions that result in organizational improvements; promote a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation, and rational risk-taking.
  • Follow relevant quality procedures to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables
  • Research advertising trends, and competitors’ pricing and products. Decide on the appropriate placement of ads.
  • Publish digital marketing content online
  • Implement email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • 3 – 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a Communication-focused role
  • Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare Industry experience preferred
  • Previous experience using digital marketing apps and software.
