Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Intern will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.

Daily tasks include providing customer support, addressing concerns, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.

Requirements:

  • ∙ Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in a related field is preferred
  • ∙ Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • ∙ Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience
  • ∙ Proficient Phone Etiquette
  • ∙ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • ∙ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • ∙ Experience in an eCommerce or agricultural setting is a plus
