Responsibilities
- Stock taking
- Writing minutes
- Maintenance of facilities
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Price inquiry and ordering of office supplies/consumables
- Assist in proper deployment of staff in the organisation
- Book travel arrangements
- Work directly with the Admin
- Work directly with the Manager
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Ensure safety and health protocols/tools and training are followed

Requirements and Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualifications.
- Proven experience as an Office Admin Assistant
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Adaptability and flexibility – willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High degree of confidentiality and dependability
- A team player
- Must be Energetic/driven, Tenacious,Versatile, Hardworking, Loyal, Trustworthy, Strategically Aware
- Preferably a male
- Must live around Gwarinpa environs.
