Responsibilities
Accounts Management:
- Manage the school’s financial records, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of staff salaries and benefits.
- Oversee tuition fee collection and maintain up-to-date records of payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the school management team.
- Maintain an organized filing system for student, staff, and school records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and other school activities.
- Manage office supplies and ensure resources are available for daily operations.
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide information.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts and administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial records.
