Graduate Trainee
- Location: Surulere, Lagos
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant field.
- Passion for Human Resources and a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Responsibilities:
- Training Program:
- Participate in a structured training program designed to provide a solid foundation in HR practices.
- Learn from experienced professionals in the field and gain hands-on experience.
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Learn how to conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Employee Relations:
- Gain exposure to employee relations activities and learn how to address workplace issues.
- Assist in maintaining positive employee engagement.
- HR Administration:
- Support HR administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Learn the basics of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management.
- Learning and Development:
- Participate in learning and development initiatives for both individual and team growth.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the overall HR function within the organization.
