Job Description

Role: Finance Executive

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any other related field from a reputable institution.
• Must be ICAN/ACCA certified or a student member of these institutes.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Finance and Accounting related roles with proven exposure in Internal control and audit.
• Experience working with an audit firm will be an added advantage.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform internal audit of all processes of the organization in line with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
• Payroll Administration.
• Manage queries relating to payments.
• Payment requisitions and process approvals.
• Budget forecasts.
• Review of Financial Performance of projects and provide advisory insight.
• Timely preparation of all relevant tax schedules, pensions, NSITF etc. and ensure prompt remittance to the appropriate bodies.
• Vendor Management/ Stakeholders Management.
