Job Description

  • Role: Customer Service Representative at Caih Group
  • Location: Ajah and Environs
  • Minimum Qualifications: B.sc/HND

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Process customer orders and requests
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior staff
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
