• Role: Key Account Manager (KAM) at Dekoolar Nigeria Limited

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 3 years work experience.
• Development and nurturing of customer retention plan.
• Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related matters.
• Analyzing data and creating reports for insights into team operations and productivity.
• Reaching out to big industry players in fish importation.
• Drafting and executing a robust after sales maintenance plan that will woo big players in the fishery industry into the Organization’s maintenance/service net.
