Job Title: Client Success Manager

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting leads from key account target customers, establishing contacts, and achieving cooperation with target customers.
  • Manage quotes, orders, and other transactions with customers.
  • Regularly report market feedback and competitor information to superiors.
  • Respond quickly to customer issues, especially emergencies or complaints, maintain the company’s image, and properly handle customer issues.
  • Obey work arrangements and strictly implement SOP.
  • Responsible for the long-term cooperative relationship between the company and key account clients. Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research on the industry where key account clients are located, and analyze changes in customer needs and market trends.

Job Requirements

  • Have more than 3 years of sales experience and more than 1 year of sales experience for industry key customers.
  • Understand market trends, industry characteristics, financial processes, and financial payment needs well.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Familiar with key customer business processes, good at customer service development, and relationship management.
  • BSc / HND
  • Must have requisite negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must have strong leadership skills.
