- Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Female)

Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining organized files, records, and databases
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Providing customer service and responding to inquiries
- Managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports
- Supporting special projects and events
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- Staying up-to-date with office procedures and technology.
Requirements
- OND qualification
- 1 – 2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N70,000 monthly.
